ITUP is a web-based tool whose main objective is to help make ITIL actionable by allowing you to easily understand how IBM Tivoli products relate to ITSM, ITIL , CobiT, eTOM (new), RUP, and Six Sigma. ITUP maps the ITIL process model to IBM’s Process Reference Model for IT (PRM-IT).
The new version has a new look and feel based on Rational’s Method Composer. We’ve also expanded the content to include more detailed process definitions, coverage of additional process models such as eTOM and IS17799, more tool mentors and more usage scenarios, plus a host of other great updates.
